A St Malo Beach Oceanside Wedding for the Ages!
Nikki and Matt held had their St Malo Oceanside Wedding in the Breton-inspired private enclave of St. Malo, in Oceanside. The pair wanted an “elegant coastal dinner party” that felt “more casual than glam”, and enlisted the help of renowned planner Kerrie Petrie to pull off a San Diego beach wedding to remember!
Nikki has some finishing touches applied to her hair in her family home in St Malo. Nikki’s mother zips her wedding gown before she walks down to see Matt for the first look.
The color palette included bright greens and subtle whites to complement the understated colors of the ceremony.
Nikki’s bridesmaids wore light blue dresses and carried understated bouquets of white roses–the perfect blend of subtlety and elegance. Printed ceremony programs in wicker baskets greeted guests as they sat for the ceremony.

St Malo is sort of tiered, and there’s brick staircase that connects one tier to the other. It’s the perfect spot for some private portraits.
