As Seen In...

What are your biggest concerns about hiring a wedding photographer?

If I had to bet, these would be near the top of your list...

My images won't look good over time

Those strange, unnatural filters you see all over the place? They'll be out of style in a few years. I shoot classic, timeless images that will never go out of style.

I want candid photos and gorgeous portraits

You shouldn't have to choose between magical, organic moments and gorgeous portraits - you can have everything! My vast experience allows me to know when to let a moment unfold and when to direct.

My photographer won't listen to my needs

My top priority is getting the images you want, not satisfying my ego. We'll spend plenty of time beforehand getting to know one another so I know what your priorities are.

We'll miss time with our family and friends

You've probably seen weddings where the bridal party disappears for what seems like hours to take photos. I plan out each photo session in advance so we work efficiently without sacrificing quality, allowing you to celebrate your wedding to the fullest!

In other words, there are a whole lot of things to consider aside from your photographer's portfolio.

Unobtrusive Yet Guided Approach

Classic Images, Timeless Tones

Your wedding is full of big, glorious moments. But there are also little moments that often go unseen. As a former photojournalist, these are the images I live for. And knowing when to coach you through a pose, and when to let the moment unfold organically.

Black & whites or color. Artistic or traditional. Editorial or documentary - I do it all. However, one thing that remains consistent in my work is real colors and natural light that create photographs that will withstand the test of time.

A Man With a Plan

A Strong Bond for Amazing Photos

While I'm not your wedding planner, I am a planner by nature. This, combined with my photojournalism background, ensures we'll have an appropriate amount for everything--from capturing the portraits that you'll inevitably frame to celebrating with family and friends.

We'll begin by building a relationship early in the process. Along the way, I'll communicate with you often and clearly. So when your wedding day arrives, we'll feel like old friends instead of strangers.
