It’s so exciting to share photos from Melissa and Brendan’s Crosby Club wedding!
Normally, black and white-themed weddings are pretty hard to pull off, but true to form, Melissa and Brendan do not disappoint. I just love their style and demeanor, and it’s such an honor to create their Crosby Club wedding photos.
Getting Ready Photos at the Crosby Club
Melissa’s custom-made gown looked great in this image, but it looked even better on the bride. Melissa is tall, which necessitated bridal flats. Christian Louboutin, of course.

Melissa screams with joy as she sees herself in her gown for the first time.
Brendan and his groomsmen, and a nice bottle of scotch, are brilliantly reflected off the surface of the table as they get ready for the ceremony.

Brendan’s black and white theme even carried down to the flowers and their vases. In all my years photographing weddings, this is still the coolest take on a guestbook I’ve ever seen. Guests were invited to type messages on a long scroll of paper using a vintage typewriter.

Melissa, a professional fashion stylist, knew this vintage parasol would be just the right accessory to put these wedding photos over the top!

Dinner and Dancing in the Crosby Club Ballroom
I love this idea! These miniature white pumpkins with guests’ escort cards were the perfect accent to the minimalist wedding decor. The wedding cake was an exercise in minimalism, too.

The newlyweds’ expressions were priceless during the speeches.

Special thanks to the amazing ladies from Ever After Events for their stylistic and organizational prowess and making sure everything ran smoothly!
