On a day that looked to be scorching hot yet turned out to be surprisingly comfortable, I photographed Tina and Javier's Temecula winery wedding at Villa de Amore, a private estate nestled in the Temecula Valley. In addition to being joined by their pooch, Chile, who donned a couture doggie-gown, the wedding was filled with details that paid homage to their various interests: Tina's garter featured a Princess Leia Lego figure and Javi's groom's cake was R2-D2 with a bow tie. Accomplished salsa dancers, the lovely couple also incorporated a fantastic salsa number into their first dance.
[Photographed on Fuji Superia 800 and Kodak Portra 400 films.]
Special thanks to my partner in crime, LB, for her fantastic work.
