John Schnack is a destination wedding photographer based in Southern California. With over 25 years as a working photographer, the last 16 shooting weddings, John has photographed over 250 weddings throughout the United States, as well as in Central America, Mexico and Europe.
John began his career in 1991 as a photojournalist for the North County Times. His wedding photography has graced the pages of The Knot, Martha Stewart Weddings, C Wedding, and California Wedding Day.
In addition to weddings, John also shoots commercial work for a wide range of clients including Visa, Louisville Slugger, Asics, Pardee Homes and New Era Caps.
John also owns a boutique post-production house dedicated to helping busy wedding, portrait and event photographers get their lives back.
John and his amazing wife of 17 years, Jennifer, and their daughter reside along San Diego's North County coast. When John is not behind the camera, he can be found cycling, surfing, or shuttling his daughter to soccer fields across Southern California.
